We have range of services tailored to meet and fulfill your needs not only by employing a team of dedicated care workers but those willing to provide services in our belief and trained to the experience of highest standards in all aspects of the home care sector.

Everyone working for Your Hope Care has been hand-picked by Jacqueline, the founder, for their love for people, professionalism, commitment and a genuine smile. Those special qualities ensure each service will go an extra mile to the care we provide to our clients because every little helps.

CARE TAYLORED TO YOUR NEEDS

You might not feel that you need a break because care has become a normal part of your life, but having time to concentrate on yourself is essential, and can enable you to give better care in the long term.
Here are just some of the reasons you should consider Your Hope Care:
Free time

– You should be able to enjoy some ‘me time’ doing hobbies, seeing friends and family or simply unwinding and offloading the burden of care focusing on other commitments.

Holiday

– It might not feel essential to go away, but extended periods of time when you’re not caring for someone can hugely improve your wellbeing.
– it is why annual leave is considered vital for employees, and it’s the same for those caring for their loved ones.

Illness

– If you yourself become ill, you’ll need to take some time to rest and get better. It’s worth bearing in mind that if your health deteriorates, it will be more difficult to care for your loved one.

Your own health

– Keeping yourself healthy is vital, and you need time to do exercise refreshing the mind and catch up on any sleep you have missed.

Unexpected events

– If something happens that you don’t expect, like a family emergency, you may need some time away from your care role.

OUR SERVICE BENEFITS

A major benefit of our services is the consistent care and companionship you receive at home from a carer who is dedicated to your needs. All of our carers are well trained, dbs checked and always with a duty manager to reach in case of emergency. Your carer’s role can be as varied as you wish and agreed, embracing support with personal care and continence care, support with medication or helping with restricted mobility.

We make sure during the provision of our services your home is maintained. Carers can support with light housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and shopping, as well as trips out- day centre or for coffee. We also understand the importance of nutrition; our carers will cook to your tastes and advise you on how to achieve a well-balanced diet. Often, of greatest importance, is the quality time they spend as a companion, chatting and simply keeping you company. This allows you time with your loved ones.

Your Hope Care can make guarantees around continuity of care and consistency of service should you find our services adding values to your precious life. We are a people business proudly bringing hope to the community through care therefore taking responsibility for your carer’s ongoing supervision and management, as well as investing in award winning training and continual professional development.

Our Services are tailored to:
– Make your life easier
– Help you feel safer
– Let you feel comfortable
– Give you as much freedom as possible
– Meet your specific needs
– Not interfere with your lifestyle more than is necessary

Most importantly you should feel happy and secure with your care worker(s), and there should be mutual respect between you. Often you can tell when your care is good, because you start to see your care worker as a friend. Finally, you should never be afraid to raise a complaint if something is wrong.
